一、本课的教学目标(1)语言知识目标。
能听说读写单词holiday, last, before, did, pull up, taste
能听懂，会读，会说句型what did you do…?what else did you do…?（2）语言能力目标。
能朗读课文，初步了解课文的大意。②会用本课的句型练习说话。
会用本课的句型设置情境，自编对话。高年级学生在语言能力要求上有一定的高度，这样才能培养学生良好的英语口语能力，让学生敢说英语，会说英语，多说英语。（3）情感态度目标。
让学生养成自主学习的好习惯。
二、教学重难点。
一般过去时的基本用法，以及动词变成过去式的拼写规则和读音规则。

改成what did you do last national day?，在板书的过程中提示学生，去掉usually加上last,去掉。
第1页。do变成did.
教师领读，学生跟读句子。教师指导学生回答，找到句子中的动词，并且在动词上加-ed，在刚才回答的板书上加上-ed,领读并跟读词组watchedtv,playedcomputergames,visitedthe park, surfed the internet.
4小结一般过去时的基本用法（ppt出示）一般过去时：表示过去发生的事情。
时间标志：yesterday,just now,a moment ago,last,ago
