一、教材分析。
本节课的内容为小学三年级上册unit4 we love animals第5课时。主要学习关于动物的词汇monkey、tiger、panda、elephant、bird以及单词zoo，并运用句子what’s that？/it’s a…进行问答，培养学生的语言运用能力。
三、教学目标。
1、能听、说、认、读词汇monkey、tiger、panda、elephant、bird、 zoo。并能运用句子what’s that？/it’s a…操练单词。
2、能听懂简单的指令，按照指令模仿动物做出相应的动作，并且能够说出指令act like…….
3、培养学生爱护动物，保护动物的意识。
四、教学重点和难点。
1、重点：能听、说、认读单词monkey、tiger、panda、elephant、bird、 zoo。
2、难点：能用句型what’s that？/it’s a…操练单词，并能在实际中熟练运用。
五、教具准备。
单词卡片录音机、自制ppt课件。
六、教学过程。
一》、warm-up
1、歌曲“old macdonald”
2、greeting：t:good morning boys and girls .
ss: good morning . miss wang.
t: how are you ?
ss: i’m fine ,thank you. how are you ?
t: i’m fine, too.

3、review

① 教师**一些小动物的**，师生进行对话，如：
t：what’s this ？
s：it’s a dog.
t：good, what’s this ？
s：it’s a duck

s：no,it’s a pig
t：smart, what’s that ？
s：it’s a cat.
t：good ,you are very clever,do you remember this chant? yeah,, let’s say it together ok?

《二》、 presentation
1、 t：i h**e some new animals friends. they are live in the zoo ，zoo （板书）guess , what’s the meaning？
s：yes.教师教学单词zoo。
并进行操练。
2、 today the animals h**e a party . look they are coming. do you know,what are they？
(p8)let’s go and h**e a look.
设计意图：教师创设情景，引出新课并让学生在听、赏中感知新知识。]
t：老师指着猴子问：guess,what’s that？学生猜。t:yes it’s a monkey.
引出单词monkey，教师教单词monkey .学生跟读，**车读、抽读。now do as i say. act like a monkey鼓励学生也边说边做动作。
t:guess,what’s that？
s: pig,\monkey
t:it’s a monkey.
2、利用相同的方式呈现并用多种的形式教学其他的单词：bird tiger、panda、elephant。
设计意图：通过这些直观形象，生动有趣的教学方式，加深对单词的记忆，增强学习效果同时，也可以培养他们的观察能力和形象思维能力。]
3、 let’s stop open your books turn to p42 . let’s listen to the animals the first time ,listen and point.
the second time ,listen and read after it.(**let’s learn部分的录音，学生模仿跟读。)

检查一人读其他同学纠错。
4、excellent,the zoo is lively today,,do you want to know what are they doing let’s say it together.
动物园zoo里真热闹，我们一起瞧一瞧。
大象elephant吃青草，猴子monkey树上跳。
老虎tiger穿花袍， 熊猫panda是国宝。
小鸟bird天上飞，我们用心记得牢，记得牢。

学了这么多了，老师要检查一下，你们对每个小动物的掌握情况。
