教材分析。本课为新标准英语第十册第六模块第一单元。主要**了amy和lingling周末去巨石阵的旅行计划,及其她们可能的所见所闻。

并教会学生用一般将来时态简单讨论事情。学生在三年级下册已经学习过一般将来时态的表达方式,因此本课主要是复习,巩固和提高。本课的语言功能是谈论将要进行的一次旅行,语言结构是what will we see there?

we’ll see lots of very big stones. how will we get there? by car.

学情分析。五年级的学生虽然已经对一般将来时态有了一些了解,但对用一般将来时态描述将要进行的一次旅行,一些学生可能会有困难。这个时期的孩子心理上自我意识开始崛起,孩子交往的重心已经由家庭转移到了学校,而本节课话题就是两个好朋友谈论出去旅行计划,正适合训练本阶段孩子的思维意识。

但同时也需要教师的逐层引导,为学生创设语言情境,调动学生的学习积极性,完成本节课的学习目标。

教学目标。1. 知识目标。

单词:build, place, thousand, circle, answer, hope, so, get.

句型结构: what will we see there?

we’ll see lots of very big stones.

how will we get there? by car.

it will take three hours.

语法:一般将来时态结构及含义。

i’ll/iwill=i am going to

2.能力目标:能听懂课文大意,听懂一般将来时态的语境、语意。

能试着用一般将来时态简单描述一次旅行。能正确朗读本课所学单词、句子和课文。能正确写出本课单词。

并通过本节课的探索学习,培养学生的合作能力、竞争意识和综合运用语言知识的能力。

3.情感目标:使学生能对西方文化感兴趣,鼓励学生了解名胜,并且热爱自己的祖国。鼓励学生好好学习科学文化知识,探索未知世界,争取解开世界的未解之谜。

教学重点:理解课文中运用一般将来时态描述将要进行的一次旅行。

教学难点:在真实语境中运用本单元的核心句并拓展。

教学过程:一. warmer:

1. greeting: t: hello, boys and girls .how are you?

2. 课前三分钟展示。

二. leading in:

t: my sister lingling called me yesterday. she is going to see stonehenge with her friend amy on saturday.

do you know stonehenge? t shows some pictures and the brief introductions of the stonehenge on the screen. ss answer the questions:

1)where is the stonehenge?

2)what do you think of the stonehenge?

三.presentation

1.前置性作业根据问题进行小组汇报。

2)how old is the stonehenge?

3) what will they see?

4) what’s stonehenge like?

t shows the words 1000 and 5000. eg: one thousand. five thousand years old.

t shows a picture of circle. the stones are in a circle.

t shows the sentence: the answer to 1 and 1 is two

eg: maybe you will find the answer!

t shows a picture of a sunny day.

t shows a picture of our school. a:when do you usually get to school?

b:at seven thirty.

eg: how will we get there? by car.
