1） 10 feet long 是一种表达长度的方法。在英语中表达长，宽，高结构用：
数字+量词+形容词 the road is six meters wide.
2）长，宽，高还可用复合形容词即“数字+量词（单数）+long /wide/high…表达。
中间加连字符放在名词前，用作定语。
two-meter-tall tree 两米高的树 five –meter-deep river 五米深的河。
(3)weigh在句中作不及物动词，意为“重…”,还可做及物动词，意为“称。 的重”
weigh的名词为 weight 意为“重量”lose weight “**” put on weight “增肥”
