3.当直接引语的主语是第三人称时,变为间接引语时主语不变。(三不变)he said“his motheris watching tv.

”=he said(thatwas watching tv.

4.当直接引语的时态是现在时态时,变成间接引语要变成过去时态。theteachersaid,”mikecan do it better.
