教学目标】一）知识性目标。
1) 学会表示衣物的词 ：t-shirt，sweater，bag，hat，skirt，socks，shorts，pants，shoes，2) 学会如何询问与回答物品的**。
how much is/are…？it’s/they are…dollars.
能力目标。1.提高学生听、说、读、写的能力和自学的能力。
2.提高学生的交际能力。
3.学会谈论物品的**。
三）情感、态度、价值观目标。
1.通过学生互相帮助，互相学习，培养合作精神，体验集体荣誉感和成就感。
2.使学生养成勤俭节约、不乱花钱的好习惯。
教学重点和难点。
重点：1.通过学习词汇和how much 句型，让学生学会询问**及其回答。 2．学会重点词汇的发音，单复数形式的掌握。
难点：1. 单复数形式的掌握，灵活运用所学知识。
2.生词量比较大，为了突破这一难点，首先运用实物、**让学生感知，并在学生了解词义的同时，出示英文提示词， 然后用诵读法熟悉读音和词意，最后结合句型在活动中反复操练，使学生逐渐熟悉。
教学准备。设计课文中所涉及的服装**或教学幻灯片或实物；将听力部分的内容插入，谈论服装的**和如何购物。
教学过程。一．greetings.
t: hello, everyone! do you like shopping?
s: yes, we do.
t: do you know the names of the clothes?
this class we will learn the names of the clothes.
利用演示文稿**展示各种服装，创设情景，激发他们的兴趣。
让学生回答，引出本课的结构，功能。
t: what are these in english?
s: they are bags, hats, pants, socks, shorts, sweaters, shoes, pandas, cars, and basketball…（学生只能回忆起小学学过的少数几个关于服装的单词，教师借助**补充教授新单词）
二presentation:
1. show the names of the clothes with pictures. read the words again and again.
teacher corrects the pronunciation.
2. remember the words and then do the exercises.
1a match the words with the pictures.
3.1b listen and circle the things in the picture you hear.
**1b部分的录音让学生听，引导学生在图画中圈出所听到的服装，完成1b部分的教学任务。
a play. listen carefully and let’s find out how to ask prices.
a: how much is this t-shirt?
b: it’s seven dollars.
a: how much are these socks?
b: they’re two dollars.
1c．引导学生模拟售货员和顾客展开pairwork活动，完成1c部分口语交际的教学任务，运用how much进行询问**与应答，可采用师生互动带动生生互动的交流方式： how much is／are…? it’s／they’re…; 再让学生自编对话进行操练， 巩固所学词汇和句型。
设计意图：目的是给学生创设半真实的情景，在这样的情景下呈现新的句型能让学生更容易理解和接受。在结对活动之前，先让两个学生操练重点句型以作示范，以使全班同学都能理解并准确地操练新的语言点。
5.2a.利用**教学一些表示颜色、长短和大小的形容词，black, white, red, green, blue, big, small, short, long.
find out three opposite in the new words: black --white, big --small, short --long.完成2a部分的教学任务。
1）.remember the new words with your partners.
2）. review the names of clothes and describe the clothes. we can do like this:
t: what is this?
s: it’s a hat.
t: what color is it ?
s: it’s red.
t: it’s a red hat, isn’t it?
s: yes, it is a red hat.
3）重新**2a部分的录音，要求学生根据所听到的内容填写**标签，完成2b部分中的听力训练任务并掌握how much问句的构成和应答。j介绍英美国家货币单位dollar及其复数形式，还有怎么填写标价签。人民币与美圆的区别也适当介绍。

三．practice：two ss make a dialogue to practice the pattern.
how much is the red sweater? it’s eight dollars.
how much is that white bag? it’s nine dollars.
how much are these black pants? they’re ten dollars.
