第一课时。
教学内容：a let’s learn, group work, let’s try, let’s sing
教学目标：1.能听、说let’s chant中的内容；
2.能听、说、认读十二个月份单词及句子。

3.了解一年四季中的月份。
教学重点：能听、说、认读十二个月份单词的缩略形式及句子when is your birthday?
教学难点：能听说、认读月份单词的缩略形式。
课前准备：课件、日历、月份单词卡片等。
教学过程：step up
a.师生问候，创设温馨和谐的学习氛围。
b.**课件，学生跟唱有关数字的英文歌曲。
c.通过师生问答的形式复习相关句子，为新知呈现做铺垫。
what’s the weather like today?
what’s the season now?
how many seasons are there in a year?
how many days are there in a week?
how many months are there in a year?…
step & practice
a. 由师生问答的形式导入新课，what’s your f**orite season? my f**orite season is ….
学生说一个季节，教师出示一个相应的课件，引出春、夏、秋、冬四个单词。
b. 出示课件之后，教师说，my f**orite season is winter, because my birthday is in january.重复一下后问学生，when is your birthday?
引导学生回答。
c. 教师板书：when is your birthday?
my birthday is in ….
d. 课件出示12个月份**及单词，逐个领读、操练。
e. 按照月份单词书写的规律，拼写相同的部分用红色标出，引导学生对这些单词的书写进行集中记忆。
f. 出示课件，呈现12个月份的缩略形式，让学生仔细观察，并总结其中的规律。强调月份单词书写时开头字母一定要大写。
g. 再出示单词卡片，快速领、操练，然后将这些单词卡片贴在黑板上，为下面环节的游戏做准备。
step & consolidation
a. 利用贴在黑板上的单词卡片进行瞬间记忆的游戏，快速的取下一张卡片，让学生说出是哪个月份，待学生答对后贴回原处。
b. 学生分组讨论12个月份在四季中的归属情况。讨论后出示课件，教师加以小结。
c. 教师问学生，when is your birthday?引导学生回答，my birthday is in ….
然后教师在相应的月份单词卡上做一个标记（贴一块磁铁或画一个星），再问几组后下发**，进行小组内的调查。
d. 调查后就调查表进行对话，主要运用how many birthdays are there in …?there are ….
e. 将各个小组的**集中到教师手中，教师快速的进行统计每个月份有多少个同学过生日，将结果介绍给全体同学。
f. **课件，共同学唱歌曲when is your birthday?
g. 看课件上的练习，共同完成这部分练习。（具体内容见课件）
h. 用课件出示12个月份的来历月份的来历，让学生读一读。

a. 出示课件，对本课时内容进行归纳总结。
b. 制作家庭成员生日表，用课件展示一下具体的做法。
第二课时。教学内容：a let’s talk let’s find out good to know
教学目标：1. 能听说，并表演let’s talk 中的对话。
2.能听、说、认读月份单词及句子when is your birthday? my birthday is in….
3.了解用英语表达阴历和阳历的方法以及十二属相。
教学重点：能听、说、认读月份单词的完整形式及句子when is your birthday? my birthday is in ….
教学难点：能听说、认读月份单词的完整形式。
课前准备：课件、月份单词卡片。
教学过程：step up
a. 课件**歌曲，师生共同齐唱，创设良好的学习氛围。
b. 出示单词卡片，快速复习上节课学习的12月份的名称，就月份进行问答练习when is your birthday? my birthday is in ….
c.检查上节课家庭成员生日调查表，根据表上内容进行自由问答。
step & practice
a. 创设情境，操练对话。
教师问一名学生，when is your birthday?待回答后，问另一名学生，is your birthday in …，too?接着问第三名学生，what about you, xxx ?
连续用这几个句子进行提问，让学生充分理解其中的意思。
b. **课件，先听音、后模仿。
c. 操练对话，分层次、分组进行练习。
step & consolidation
a. 小组合作，替换表演let’s talk，教师给予适当的帮助，并对学生的表现及时给予评价。
b. let’s find out.
出示课件，引导学生认读，教师问，when is …？讨论每个重要的节日都在哪个月份，对有关的节日文化知识进行适当的讲解和介绍。(植树节、新年、儿童节、建军节、国庆节、圣诞节、万圣节)
c. 利用课件介绍阴历和阳历的英语表达方法。
由介绍中国传统节日引出“十二属相”，出示课件，教师领读，操练之后问问学生，what is your sign of the zodiac?引导学生回答，my sign of the zodiac is ….
d. 出示课件，完成本课时相应的练习题。
e. 出示12个月份的来历月份的来历，引导学生进行趣味阅读。

a. 利用课件对本课时内容进行归纳和总结。
b. 做一个调查表，记录一下家人、同学和朋友的生日及属相。
第三课时。教学内容：a read and write pronunciation
教学目标：1.能听说、表演read and write。
2.能听、说、读、写有关月份的单词和句子。
when is your birthday? it’s in may.
my birthday is in june.
uncle bill’s birthday is in june, too .
教学重点：能听、说、读、写单词may, june, july .
教学难点：能听、说、读、写句子when is your birthday? it’s in may.
my birthday is in june. uncle bill’s birthday is in june, too.
课前准备：课件、单词卡片。
教学过程：step up
a. 师生问候，创设英语学习氛围。
b. 师生共同随课件唱歌、chant。
c. 复习已经学过的知识，看单词卡片，复习有关月份的单词，然后两人一组快速复习替换let’s talk内容。
d. 检查上节课作业有关调查表的情况，自由对话。
step & practice
a. 创设情境，引入对话的教学，教师介绍，john is ****** a birthday chart for his family. and his grandma tells him one by one.
b. 出示课件，先听音，然后逐句模仿。
c. 对出现的单词进行重点讲解和操练。
游戏：单词记忆——小猴子摘桃。
d. 将整段对话进行分层次的操练，包括师生间、生生间、小组内的各种朗读训练，练习之后引导学生进行对话表演。
step & consolidation
a. 课件出示对话下面的**，引导学生正确填写，教师进行巡视，并将四会要求的单词做重点强调。
b. 课件出示教材上的三个问题，指名回答。
c. pronunciation
出示课件内容，引出ear\eer , ch\sh的发音练习，先由学生自己尝试读音，然后教师再领读、强化；出示整句的练习。
d. 完成本课时的相应练习题。
e. 出示课件十二个月份的来历月份的来历，学生进行趣味阅读。

a. 看课件，总结本课时所学内容。
b. 参照本课时内容，自制一份birthday chart。

教学目标：1.能听、说、认读序数词first, second, third, fourth, fifth，eighth, ninth, twelfth, twentieth.

3.了解中西方国家的主要节假日。
教学重点：1.能听、说、认读本课出现的序数词first, second, third, fourth, fifth, eighth, ninth, twelfth, twentieth.
