一、教材分析。
本单元主要谈论的是“things around the house”。sectiona主要学习询问及回答物品的摆放位置。学习方位介词in,on,under等，并通过描述物品位置的对话操练，不仅提高了学生们听、说、读、写的能力，还使学生们养成保持房间整洁的良好生活习惯。
二、学情分析。
学生对于学习物品和家居用品的单词已经不再陌生，因此对于本课的新知方位介词和询问物品的位置易于接受。本课新词较少，学生的学习重点应放在运用where句型表述物品的正确位置。三、教学目标1.
语言知识目标。
掌握词汇：where, table, bed, bookcase, sofa, chair, under, on，in掌握句式：where’s my schoolbag?

2.技能目标。
a.学习一些有关家居物品和学习用品的单词；
b.学习方位介词in, on, under来描述物品的位置；
c.学习并掌握where’s 和where’re问句询问物品位置；3.情感目标。
教导学生们树立正确的人生观，热爱家庭，养成整洁卫生的生活习惯，并整理好自己的房间。四、教学重点：
熟练运用方位介词in ,on , under, behind等。
五、教学难点：
使用where句型表述物品的正确位置。六、教学方法。
