教材分析：小学英语五年级上册unit 6 主要是围绕自然公园和村庄的话题来展开，培养学生热爱大自然的美好情感，增强学生的环境保护意识，是unit 5 用there be 结构来描述房间的延伸和拓展。整个单元的学习内容都不算活泼，甚至有点平淡和枯燥，这样的内容要激起学生的学习兴趣有一定难度。
本课时是本单元的第五课时，起到承上启下的作用。主要知识点是there be 结构复数形式的一般疑问句及应答。在语法方面要引导学生正确使用any 并强调其后面名词的复数形式。
学情分析：五年级的学生学习英语的热情虽然没有低年级学生那么高、兴趣也没那么浓，但是他们已经有比较强的竞争意识，尤其是我所教的班级，更是喜欢小组竞赛。
从学生知识能力水平上来看，there be 结构，学生在unit 5 my new room 中已经学会用其单数形式和复数形式去描述房间里面的东西，在unit 6 in a nature park part a 部分也学习了其一般疑问句的单数形式。
设计理念：基于对教材和学情的分析，我决定以知识重点为基点，采用多种不同形式的活动，逐步帮助学生掌握要点，突破难点，进一步运用语言知识进行交际；以小组竞争为手段，激发学生学习热情，提高学习效率。
教学目标：1、情感目标：学生通过本课的学习能产生热爱大自然的美好情感，增强环境保护意识，摒弃亲城市远农村的思想。
2、知识和能力目标：学生能运用there be结构简单描述村庄，用一般疑问句询问村庄的基本情况和作答，并能在情景中正确运用。
教学重、难点：
1、重点： there be 结构复数形式的一般疑问句are there any…? 及应答的正确运用。
2、难点：1）、学生区分many 和any 的用法。
2）、any 后面名词的复数形式。
教学准备：学生自备家乡的**、课件等。
教学过程：一、 warm up
1、 greeting : t : what’s the weather like ?
s : it’s fine . and it’s a beautiful day !
2、chant p68 ：the grass is green . the sky is blue …beautiful day , beautiful day !
从greeting自然过渡到chant，这首歌谣比较动感，配上动作容易使学生兴奋起来，且歌谣里面的句子也是描述村庄的很好的句子，这也为接下来的学习做好铺垫。）
二、 review
用课件的形式展示let’s try 的**，t：look at the picture. what’s in the village ?
s1：there are many houses in the village .
s2 : there are many trees in the village .
教师板书：there are many houses in the village .
学生用there be 结构描述这幅图，教师要强调many 后面名词的复数形式，既复习前面let’s learn 所学的单词及其复数形式，同时也更熟悉many 在there be 结果肯定句中的用法，为后面any 的学习做好准备。)
三、 presentation
1、 lead-in : 教师拿出家乡的**，）

are there any houses in your village ? 引导学生回答yes , there are . no，there aren’t .
板书： are there any houses in your village ?
yes , there are .
no，there aren’t .
教师带读，强调any 的读音和后面名词s 的读法。
2、 practise：学生拿出课前准备的家乡**，模仿刚才师生的对话谈论自己的家乡的情况。个别演示，教师纠正出现的错误。
让学生观察板书的肯定句和一般疑问句，发现规律，小结many 和any的用法。
3、 let’s talk (用课件展示zhang peng’s village 的**， 一闪而过，尽量不给学生看到什么，吸引学生的注意。)
t : look , this is zhang peng’s village . listen , what’s in zhang peng’s village ?
ss answer the question . then read after the tape .
4、 拓展对话：
a : hello b , nice to see you here .
b : nice to see you , too . are there any roads in your village?
a : yes , there are .
b : are there any lakes in your village ?
a : no , there aren’t .
b : do you like your village ?
a : yes . it’s pretty .
学生运用所学语言于真实情景中，提高其交际能力。小结时教育学生要热爱大自然，保护周边的环境，摒弃亲城市远农村的思想。)
5、 do a survey
采访一下，乡村、城市和你们学校有些什么，用“√”或“×”表示。

学生通过调查，并将情况变成文字写下来，既锻炼说的能力，也练习了写的能力，又反馈了学生对知识掌握的情况，尤其是本课的难点：any 和其后面名字的复数形式 。)
四、 summary：结合板书，让学生回顾本节课所学的知识和要注意的地方。
五、 评价：算一算哪个组积累的分数多，评出优胜组。
