通过本节课教学，我认识到理论联系实际的重要性，经验**于生活，学习在生活中获得乐趣，孩子们在讨论各种各样的锻炼身体的方式时，激烈并且兴趣盎然。并且真正认识到锻炼身体的益处，有一个好的身体对生活和学习的益处。看着他们高谈阔论的讨论，我意识到本节课的教学思路安排对了，在此分享，希望共勉。
