教学目标：1、学生能听、说、认读几个形容词 small, big, long, short。
2、学生能听懂含有形容词的几个指令，并按指令做动作。
3、学会单词small 中[ l ] 的发音。

一、教学过程：
1 热身、复习 (warm-up/revision)
1）日常口语会话展示。
t:hello,boys and girls,how are you going today?
s:fine,thanks,miss liu .how are you going？
t:very you so is the first day of a week,so today we will h**e something new to learn.(write down the topic:
let's learn)
2）教师**歌曲录音，师生边唱边做动作。
2 呈现新课 (presentation)
1）游戏：猜动物。
t: listen to me, children. guess what it has a long nose.
it has two big ears and a short tail. it’s gray. 教师在说谜语时，可适当配合一些手势或动作。
s: it is an elephant.
t: yes. good. it is an elephant.
2）在**之前，教师说：you will see a beautiful picture. look at it carefully and tell us:
what’s in it?/what are they?
教师快速展示系列动物**：giraffe, elephant, monkey, mouse, rabbit, tiger。。
3）继续展示**：an elephant and a mouse. 对比大象和老鼠。
t: what are they? they are an elephant and a mouse.
oh, look! the elephant is very big. but the mouse is very small.
教师强调big 和 small 。
注意：单词small 中[ l ] 的发音，教师提示学生舌头要上卷。学生跟读学习单词；
4）**let’s learn 部分的录音，手指单词跟读。
3 趣味操练 (practice)
（1）教师将let’s learn 部分的单词卡举起，带读，学生以“**车”的形式练习。如果可能，可以让学生拼读单词。图：s-m-a-l-l small, etc.
（2）let’s do 部分的内容。
a.** let’s do 部分的录音学生边听边说边做此部分的活动。
b. 学生再次听录音，鼓励学生说出指令内容，同时请几个学生上台前表演动作。
二、课堂评价（assessment）
做练习册上相应的练习。检测评讲。
