**三：h**e conversations with sb.和某人对话 h**e conversations with sb.
是固定搭配，意为“和某人对话”，相当于talk with sb. 例如：you had better not h**e conversations with strangers.
= you had better not你最好不要和陌生人交谈。
**四： pronunciation发音，读音，是可数名词。其动词是pronounce.

**一：what about reading aloud to practice pronunciation?通过大声朗读来练习发音怎么样？
拓展：英语中表示建议的常用句型有：why don’t you…?

**二：h**e you ever studied with a group?你曾经参加过小组学习吗？ “h**e/has+动词过去分词”是上学期所学结构。
**三：try to guess a word’s meaning by reading the sentences before and after it.通过读单词前后的句子，尽力去猜测一个单词的意思。
try __sth. 意为“努力，尽力做某事”，try __sth.意为“试着做某事” 例如：
please __this work in ten minutes.请尽量在10分钟内完成这项工作。 why didn’t you __a bike to go to school?
你为什么不试着骑自行车去上学？
**四：i am a little nervous.我有一点儿紧张。
a little 一点儿，少量的，此处修饰形容词nervous,意为“有点儿紧张”，它还可修饰不可数名词和形容词的比较级。 易混辨析：(a) little与 (a) few的区别：
**五：finish doing干完某事例如：i finished___read) the book.
**六：the more you read, the faster you’ll be.你读得越多，你将越快。
该句中用到的句型为“the+比较级， the+比较级”表示“越……,越……”见课件）
