3. 能够通过一天、一小时、一分钟和一秒钟，初步感受不同时间单位间的关系。
4. 能够听懂、会说现在几点了的功能句。
5. 能够初步了解字母组成单词的过程。

第一课时。教学内容：
unit4 lesson 1 a look, listen and chant
教学目标：
能够在本单元涉及的情景条件下听懂并说出与时间有关的数字：eleven，twelve，twenty, thirty, forty, fifty.
教学重难点：
学生能够会说与时间有关的6个单词。
教学准备：光盘，卡片。
教学时间： 月日。
教学过程：一、热身(warm-up)
1. 师生问好。
2. 跟随录音大胆说唱第三单元的歌谣。
二、预习(preview)
1. 复习一年级学习过的1—10的英语单词，然后再次学习数字的英文表达。
2. 教师边描述边在黑板上画时钟的简笔画，引导学生猜一猜所画的物品是什么，如教师可说：i h**e got something here.
it has a big round face and two hands. 接着教师出示教具（长短不一的两个指针）并介绍：one is long but one is short.
you can see 12 numbers on its face. what is it? 教师根据学生的回答，出示clock的单词卡片，并粘贴在黑板上。

1、师生谈话，引出本课话题

3．学习词汇时，教师可利用黑板上时钟的简笔画，引导学生。每个词汇的教学步骤参考如下：
a.教师移动指针，依次出示歌谣中涉及到的时间：11:
00,11:20,11:30和12:
00。教师可说：what time is it?
it’s 11:00. eleven, eleven.
b.教师带领全班学生认读二至三遍。
c.学生分组读出单词后，教师请个别学生读出单词。
四、巩固和延伸(consolidation and extension)
a. listen and show the cards: 教师说单词，学生出示相应的单词卡片。
b.快速闪现：教师以最快的速度闪现单词卡片，让学生说出单词，看谁说得最快。最准确。

复习上节课学习的英语单词：eleven，twelve，twenty，thirty, forty, fifty.然后再次加深学习对数字的英文表达。

1. 教师告诉学生接下来要进行一个“看时钟，说时间”的游戏。
2. 教师引导学生观察b项图，然后同桌之间讨论每个时钟所表示的时间分别是什么。
