of 是复合介词，后接名词、代词、动词的-ing形式或介词短语等，意为“代替，作为……的替换”。 放在句中。

1) instead与instead of 只有一词之差，但在用法上区别很大。instead是副词，意为“代替”，在句中只能用作状语。放在句末。

neither of +名词复数” 作主语时，谓语动词常用单数形式。
neither… nor … 既不… 也不……”连接两个词做主语，谓语动词遵循就近原则。 neither i nor she knows the matter.
