1) 这是一个主从复合句，she says是主句，后面是宾语从句。
2) be good for意为“对……有好处”，其反义词组是be bad for (对……有害处)
3. maybe
maybe是副词，用来表示推测，意为“或许，大概 ”，常位于句首。
may be是由情态助动词may和be动词构成的谓语动词形式，也表示推测，“也许，可能”
eg: maybe tom is at home.
tom may be at home.
4. good food and exercise help me to study better.好的食物和锻炼有助于我学得更好。
1)help sb. (to) do sth. 意为“帮助某人做某事”，其中to可以省略。
拓展】help sb. with sth.也表示“帮助某人做某事”，with是介词，其后接名词或代词。
2）better在此处是副词well的比较级，用来修饰study

2)作联系动词，意为“保持，继续（处于某种状态），后接形容词，副词或介词短语。常用搭配
