教材分析。本课是三年级下册第三单元的let’s spell内容，主要学习i字母在单词中的发音规律及拼读、书写简单的带有i字母的单词。在三年级上册，学生已经有了26个字母发音的基础，已掌握一些发音规律。
三年级下册的。
一、二单元学了a和e的单词发音拼读，已有一定基础。通过学习i的发音，在拆音、拼音和分类中，进一步培养学生的语音意识。

教学目标：1. 通过活动培养学生的语音意识，感悟元音字母i的短音发音/ｉ/
2. 运用phonics的规律拼读和记忆单词（听音能写）,建立学生对字音字形的联系，给学生在英语学习中更多自信，更多兴趣和成就感。
教学重难点：
1.通过活动培养学生的语音意识，感悟元音字母i的发音。
2..能根据字母的发音规律来拼读拼写类似的单词。
教学准备。单词卡片、教学课件。
教学过程：class begin ! sit down

跟师读pig。
learn pig and feel the pronunciation of short [i]
教师放慢速度并以夸张的口型读出单词pig，引导学生思考pig由几个音素组成，分别是什么音素；进行拆音训练[i]

呈现ppt，学生思考并回答。

个别读单词【板书】big 齐读。

引导学生自己体会字母组合的发音和拼读。

板书设计：反思。
本节课的教学内容分为语音和书写两部分，语音部分主要学习字母i在单词中的短音发音/ｉ/书写部分要求学生通过描红单词初步掌握单词的书写，并要求并辨认词形，教学过程中，我让学生通过感知、体验，观察发现几个语音例词拼读的规律，同学们的掌握情况还不错。
