宾语从句 定义：一个句子作宾语。学习宾语从句应注意连接词、语序人称及时态三个方的问题。
连接词：1、陈述句作宾语从句连接词用that。.
i know i should work hard. →i know that i should work hard.
he says i h**e been to shanghai twice. →he says that he has been to shanghai twice.
she said i went to the park last week. →she said that she went to park last week.
宾语从句的时态。
1）如果主句是一般现在时，宾语从句用其所需要的任何时态。
we all say that li ming is a good boy.
he says (that) he has seen this filmhe says (that) he is seeing the film.
she says that she went to beijing last year.
we all know that she is going to/will go to america tomorrow.
mr. liu said to us, “i will go to chengdu next week.”
mr. liu told usgo to chengdu the next week.”
(2) 如果主句是一般过去时，宾语从句用相应的过去的某种时态。
he said that he played computer gamed last night.
she said that she去过) to beijing.

当宾语从句陈述的是客观事实、真理，从句用一般现在时。
the teacher told us that the earth goes around the sun.
the teacher said light tr**els faster than sound.

that在从句中充当宾语可省略。

i’m sure (that )you h**e read that book before.
if 或whether 引导的宾语从句。
1）当宾语从句由一般疑问句变来时，要用连词if或whether引导，意为“是否”，if 和 whether只起连接作用，不充当句子成分，一般情况子下可互换，但if 常用于口语中。

i am interested in did he join the army? →i am interested in
i want to know is he waiting for me. →i want to know

2）下列情况一般只能用whether
与or not 连用时。 i don’t know whether he likes the movie or not.
i don’t know whether or not he will come.( whether后面有or not 不能改if)
whether this is true or not, i will try. (whether从句在句首，用whether而不用if)
she can’t decide whether to stay or to le**e.（whether+不定式，不能改为if）
疑问词引导的宾语从句用特殊疑问词，如 what 、 when 、 where 、 how 、whatever 、 whenever 、 wherever 、 who 、 whom 、whose .
语序：从句一律用陈述语序，即主语+谓语。

疑问词引导的宾语从句用特殊疑问词，此时的宾语从句一般能用“疑问词+动词不定式”转换为同义句，同时疑问词不可省略，充当一定的句子成分。
