营销总监提成方案。
一、 目的。
为了明确营销总监的提成设计，避免产生销售提成争议，特制定本提成方案。
二、 使用范围。
本方案中包含了区域（招商）总监的销售提成设计。
三、 营销总监的薪资构成。
1. 营销总监级别的薪资实行年薪制+提成形式，完成销售目标即可获得目标年薪，超额完成部分，可提取一定的销售提成。精品文档收集整理汇总。
2. 一定比例的年薪为基本年薪，于每月发放，剩余比例的年薪和提成于年终考核结束后发放。
四、 营销总监的提成设计。
1． 区域总监提成设计。
区域总监提成设计主要的依据销售目标的完成情况，区域销售目标为5000万元/年，具体计算当时如下表所示：精品文档收集整理汇总。
五、 营销总监级别的年终奖励。
1. 公司年终对营销总监进行考核，对考核成绩优秀的营销总监按下表的提成比例进行奖励，提成计算公式：公司销售毛利润额扣除销售费用后的额度*提成比率。精品文档收集整理汇总。
2. 人力资源部组织进行营销总监的绩效考核工作，财务部、销售部等相关部门予以配合。
