英语。一、命题原则。
1．依据《英语课程标准》对小学英语的要求，不超出或降低要求。
2．依据教材，不超出所学英语教材中所规定的学习内容，试题设计的知识和能力的要求覆盖面要大，试题难度分低、中两档，比例为8：2,取消难题。试题应出自课本或根据课本改编。
二、命题要求。
1．本次考试分听力、笔试和口试三部分。
2．各部分内容比例：(1)听力、笔试：基础知识与基本技能题占50%,综合运用占30%；（2）：口试占20%。
3．考试成绩按等级评价。分优秀、良好、达标、待达标四个等级。三、考试具体内容口试部分：
1)分值：以等级制的形式评价。
2)时间：6月初。口试时间一般为每位学生3至5分钟。
3)地点：考生所在学校。口试要设考场和候考室，受试者先在候考室等候，按顺序依次入场考试。
4)口试教师：每组口试考官两人，一名主考，一名副考。主考、副考分别记分，最后取平均成绩。
本校教师可在本校任口试教师。口试教师应当有经验，英语水平高，原则性强。口试前接受培训，统一评分标准，确保评分的公正，实现口试科学性、客观性、趣味性和情景化的要求。
5)口试题型：根据《课程标准》对小学阶段“说”的要求命题，主要题型如下：
简短会话：要求两个学生之间的会话，不可少于5问5答。②看图说话：要求看图说出4至5句话。③能针对相应话题进行口头作文。
6)口试准备工作：口试材料除了准备口试题以外，还应备有评分标准、考场注意事项、评分记录表以及图画等材料。
备注：牛津英语6b，学到77页，后面内容作为了解即可。考试以6b为主，口语考试的回答问题和看图部分也是笔试的考查范围。

1、考试时考官任选5句话与学生交流，难易题目搭配，遇到学生不会的问题可以调整1-2个问题与学生交流。

1、学生抽签描述**，根据问题提示说出**的关键信息，每幅图至少说5句话。
2、表达对**的主要信息、语言流畅、语音语调标准，错误在4处内得5-4分。3、回答信息不完整，错词在8处内得4-2分。4、只能说出关键词得2-1分。
口头作文：共10分。
