tell意为 “告诉”,把一件事情传达给别人， 如： can you tell me the way to the post office? 你能告诉我去邮局的路吗？
常用短语： tell a story 讲故事， tell the way 指路， tell a secret 告诉一个秘密 tell sb (about ) sth 告诉某人某事 tell sb to do sth 告诉某人做某事。

arrive at+小地点arrive in+大地点注意： 到家只能说arrive home.

规则动词：
大多数动词在其后加ed构成一般过去时。
