一、重要句型或语法。
1、现在完成时。
表示过去发生的动作对现在造成的影响或结果，基本形式为h**e/has done。本课是第一册中相关现在完成时的最后一次课，侧重点是for与since的用法，如：i've lived here for twenty years.
/i've beenhere since 1976.
二、课文主要语言点。
i believe that this house is for i believe，相当于i think，表示认为。
believe本身表示相信。2)for sale，**。注意与on sale(打折**的区别。
may i h**e a look at it, please1)may i ..语气比can i ..更加委婉，表示礼貌的请求。
2)h**e a look at sth.，看一看。
how long h**e you lived here
i've lived here for twenty how long用来提问多长时间，常用于完成时中。2)for+一段时间(时间段)，完成时的标志性时间。
yes, i've been here since +具体时间(时间点)，也是完成时的标志性时间，注意与“for+一段时间”的区别。

because i've just可提问学生为什么此处的动词want用了一般现在时。2)注意sell(动词)与sale(名词)。可提醒学生sell的过去式和过去分词都是sold。
3)注意提醒学生why与because的搭配用法。4)可复习just/already/never/ever/yet等现在完成时的标志性词语。5)retire，退休。
i want to buy a small house in the country1)注意提醒学生buy的过去式和过去分词都是bought。2)in the country，乡下、农村。
how much does this house cost £68,注意对比cost/pay/spend/take表示花费的的用法。2)注意数字的读法。
it's worth every penny of worth表示值得，是个形容词。如果后接动词，则用：it's worth doing。
2)penny，便士，复数形式为pence。1pound = 100 pence。
well, i like the house, but i can't decide yet.
my wife must see it decide，决定。2)first，作为副词，表示首先。
women always h**e the last the last word，最后拍板，拥有最后发言权。整句话颇具诙谐效果，可给学生解释一下。
三、双课补充内容。
1、操练句型：h**e/has sb. done ..yet yes, sb. h**e/has. /no, 't/hasn't.
2、识记不规则动词的过去式和过去分词：教材第183页的**。
