八、教学目的：高级英语课的目的是向学生系统介绍英语阅读、翻译、写作以及修辞方面的知识，使学生通过学习和练习掌握这些方面的技能。

九、课程内容：本课程要求以老师讲解为主，学生参与讨论为辅，以课文为范本分析作者的写作手法，选词酌句，语言修辞等各个方面。从而让学生具备初步的文学欣赏能力和高级的笔头交流能力。
