表示从过去开始一直持续到现在的某一动作刚刚结束；
you’re late again! i’ve been waiting here for an hour.
表示一个一直到说话时为止的一段时间内一再重复的动作。

(3) 时间状语：all the time/this morning, since morning, all night,
this week/month, recently 等。
3) 对现在完成进行时的时间状语进行提问时使用how long。

2. 现在完成进行时与现在完成时区别：
现在完成进行时侧重于动作的持续、运行；而现在完成时强调动作的完成。如：
