7. decide to do sth.决定做某事 decide + 疑问词 + 动词不定式 he can not decide when to le**e.

8. start doing sth = start to do sth. 开始，可与begin 互换。

9. too many 太多，后接可数名词复数： too much 太多，修饰不可数名词，修饰动词作状语。

much too 太，修饰形容词或副词。

10. because of 介词短语，因为，由于，后接名词、代词或动名词，不能接句子。because 连词，后接句子。

足够的，修饰名词放在前面后面都可以，修饰副词或者形容词， enough一定要后置。

词语辨析：1. how often 多久一次，用来提问动作发生的频率。回答用：once，twice, three times

等词语。“how often do you watch tv?”

2. how long表示 “时间多久或物体多长”. 表示时间侧重指 “一段时间”.针对 “how

long” 的回答一般是时间段，如 “for three days”, three years”

3. how soon表示 “多久之后”.侧重某人某事能多快时间完成。 how soon的回答一般为：

in + 时间段” “in two days” “in five years”

4. how far表示“多远”

be similar to与相像的/类似的 the same as和相同；与一致 be different from与不同care about关心；介意 be like a mirror像一面镜子 as long as只要；既然 bring out使显现；使表现出 get better grades取得更好的成绩 reach for伸手取某物 in fact事实上；实际上 touch one’s heart感动某人 be talented in music有**天赋h**e fun doing sth.享受做某事的乐趣 make sb. do sth.

让某人做某事 as+adj./adv.的原级+as 与一样 it’s+ adj.

+for sb. to do sth. 对某人来说，做某事的。

形容词和副词的比较级、最高级。

大多数形容词和副词有三个等级：1）原级（不作比较），修饰词very,so,too,pretty,really；2）比较级，表示“较”或“更”的意思（两者之间进行比较）, 结构：形容词或副词比较级+than；修饰词有much,a lot,a little；

3）最高级，表示“最”的意思。

形容词或副词的变化。
