the first period(section a 1c~2c)

teacher’s word: if you want knowledge, you must toil for it.若要求知识,须从勤苦得。

一.learning aims:

1.谈论一些假设的、虚拟的情况。

2.掌握词汇:million ,medical, research,tie,worry ,what if .

3.掌握句型:what would you do if you had a million dollars?i’d give it to charity.

if i were you , i’d wear a shirt and tie. if i were you ,i’d take a small present.

4.掌握语法:虚拟条件句的用法。

从句:if + 主语+动词的过去式,主句:主语+would +动词原形。

1.掌握本课的重点词汇。2.谈论一些假设的、虚拟的情况。

三.课前预习准备。

一)根据句意及首字母或汉语提示完成单词。

三).虚拟语气。

它表示说话人认为所说的话是与事实相反的内容,只是一种愿望、假设、猜测、建议或空想,用于条件句或某些动词之后。在这样的句中要用虚拟语气。

.虚拟语气的结构::

在由if引导的非真实条件句中,是用谓语动词的特殊形式来表示与现在、过去事实相反的情况,或对将来发生的情况表示怀疑。

表示与现在事实相反的情况:

如:if i were you, i would help her .如果我是你,我会帮助她。

if he studied harder, he might pass the exam.

表示与过去的事实相反,如, if we had left earlier, we wouldn’t h**e missed.

3)表示对将来的主观推测。(可能相反或可能性很小).

如: (1)if you should be late tomorrow, we would not wait for you.

万一你明天迟到了,我们就不等你了.

2)if he should see me, he would know me.

假如他看见我,就会认识我.

3)if it were to snow in summer , i would believe you.

假如夏天下雪,我就会相信你.

4)if there were a he**y snow next monday, we would not go skating.

如果下周一下大雪,我们就不能去滑冰了.

5)if i had time, i would go for a walk.

如果我有时间,我就会去散步。(事实上我现在没有时间)

6)if i were you, i would take an umbrella.

假如我是你的话,我会带上雨伞。(事实上我不是你)

7)i would say no if someone asked me to be in a movie.

假如有人请我当电影演员,我会表示拒绝。(事实上瑞没有人请我当电影演员)

3.虚拟语气在wish后的宾语从句中,1)表示与现在事实相反,宾语从句中谓语动词用过去时.i wish i had your brains.我希望我能有你的大脑.

2)表示与过去事实相反,谓语动词用had+过去分词.i wish i had known the truth of the matter.我希望我原来知道这件事的真相.

3)表示将来难于实现的愿望,谓语动词用should/would+动原.i wish i should h**e a chance again.我真希望再有一次机会.
