其实，引导从句的关系词用哪个？就要看它在从句部分中充当什么成分？我们先看例子：

这句话中，关系词究竟用哪个呢？
我们看到从句部分中缺少了主语，说明这个关系词在从句中就是充当主语，既然指人，就当然用who或that了，所以答案选d
我们再看下面这个例子：
is that the shop __you bought the pen? a. what b. where c. which d. that
在这句话中，从句部分还缺少主语或宾语吗？不，you(主语)，bought(谓语)，pen(宾语)，都齐全了，也就是说，从句部分的主、谓、宾语都不缺了，那关系词就要用关系副词，商店只能是指“地点”，那这题当然选b了！
