本模块主要讲的是食物的健康。民以食为天，这是家喻户晓的话题，也是学生们比较感兴趣的话题。通过听说读写的方式，除了认识不同食物的单词翻译外还让学生在生活中认识，扩展了他们对健康的认知，让他们了解到膳食健康的重要性。
其中，unit 1主要以听说写的方式引入词汇并学习语法重难点。
教学工具。情况一（有多**）展示（音频+flash） 2.小卡片若干 3.黑板，粉笔。
情况二（无多**）1.海报大** 2.小卡片若干 3.黑板，粉笔 4.录音机。
教学步骤（简）
1、 introduction：介绍本次课程的大概流程与内容。
2、 warming up：讨论惠州特色食物，翻译菜名，引起兴趣。
3、 step1引入课文食物介绍，引出要掌握的单词。用**形式导入及输出。课本 and repeat. pronunciation & speaking。 填图。课本4
4、 step2：卡片猜词游戏，巩固单词。
5、 step3：课本 and read. 看ppt，flash动画跟读/ 听录音跟读。
6、 step4：小组练习，操练句型。
7、 summary：（课时总结）老师总结，布置作业。
板书设计：重要单词写在黑板的左边，重要句型写在黑板中间，其余的灵活变动。最主要清晰明了，有条理性，书写工整清晰有力。
教学内容：第一节：（约45分钟）
step1.课堂引入：讨论惠州特色食物，翻译菜名，引起兴趣 (5分钟) ppt展示或黑板板书。
例如：炒米丝（fried rice noodles）,各种肉丸（meat balls）,横沥汤粉（hengli noodle soup）东江盐焗鸡（dongjiang salty chicken）…
step2.开始食物介绍，讲解单词，带读单词(10分钟)
单词：orange, drink, fruit, vegetable, beef, carrot, chicken, juice, melon, milk, onion, pork, potato, tomato
t：同学们，那我们平时吃的蔬菜水果肉类饮料有哪些啊？
s：苹果，胡萝卜……
t：good. let’s look at these pictures.
what can you see in these pictures? can we say and spell them in english?

step3.听录音或听老师并跟读，纠正发音。
听录音，填图。
t：let’s open the book, the page of 26, and do activity 4….
step4.卡片猜词游戏。（15min）
把学生分成四个小组玩单词竞猜游戏。一个学生上讲台领取老师给的写有食物或饮料的单词以及对应翻译的卡片，用英语或中文描述，其他的小组举手竞猜。答对最多的小组胜利。
t: hello, boys and girls. today we will play a game first.
i will show you some pictures of food or drink. all of you are in four groups. one student come to the front to describes the word in english or chinese, the others raise your hands to guess the word.
let’s see which group will be the best.
s: it’s white. we often drink it in the morning.

s: yes.
after the word guessing game, students can put the words into groups easily.
step5.让学生看flash / 课本，引出对话。h**e we got any juice?（10min）

step 总结反思：1、advantages：①课程方式新颖，学生兴趣大，注意力也较集中。在游戏中学习，学习效率高。②学生实际参与到课堂当中，与老师有了更多的互动。
2、disadvantages and advices：①如果没有真正了解该班学生的学习水平到哪个阶段，导致事先准备的猜词卡片游戏有些词偏难，尤其是翻译的时候。②有活动的课堂，很难控制好课堂纪律，对老师的纪律管理能力也比较高。
