命题报告】 命题依据：笔者根据2023年新课标高考英语《考试大纲》及《考试说明》的要求，认真解读了2023年。
高考英语《考试说明》样卷的新变化，在此基础上精心命制本套试卷。
命题特点：一、关注新变化。语篇型语法填空要求更具体，设题更严谨、科学，考点全面，难易适中，考查考生灵。
活运用语言知识的能力。
二、关注新热点，新导向。试卷选材密切关注社会热点，贴近考生生活实际，富有浓厚的时代气息。
三、注重人文性，科学性。整套试卷命制科学规范，考查重点突出，充分体现了英语学科的工具性和人文性。
本试卷分第i卷（选择题）和第ⅱ卷（非选择题）两部分。
第i卷。第一部分听力（共两节，满分30分）
