例1 用所给形容词或副词的适当形式填空。

原句句意为乔不如露西高，那就是说乔比露西矮，所以应填shorter

beautiful是多音节词，其比较级是more beautiful,我的裙子和她的裙子比，即my new dress is more beautiful than her dress.而her dress可以用名词性物主代词hers来代替。
