句当后面没有 present 只有 birthday 时要把 as 改成 for, 意思相同， 如下②句：

注意事项： ①回答：i’d like + sth.. 此处不用 i’d like to do sth. )

注意事项： ③省略号……中可以填入名词或 to+动词原形do.
would you like sth?(直接加名词) 例如：would you like some bread? yes, please.
would you like to do sth?(后面跟动词时， 必须先+to再加动词原形do)
例如：would you like to watch tv? yes, i’d like to.
