易错提示：1） could表请求，回答时用can 或 can’t，不能用could 或 couldn’t
2） must 和h**e to 的区别，must 表主观，h**e to 表客观。
3） must 引导的一般疑问句，否定回答用needn’t

step6. 精讲点拨。
1. could you (please) do…? 请你做……好吗？
”could you please not do…? 请你不做……好吗？”,用于向对方提出建议或有礼貌的提出请求，语气比can更委婉、更有礼貌， 回答时用can 或 can’t，不能用could 或 couldn’t , 肯定答语为yes, sure.
/certainly. /of course. 否定答语为sorry, i can’t.
/sorry, i h**e to… /no, i’m afraid i can’t. 后常加“不能”的理由。
eg. -could you please take out the trash?
-- sure. /certainly. /of course.

下列句式也可表示请求：
would you like to do…? 你愿意做……吗？
would you mind doing…? 你介意做……吗？
shall i do…? 我可以做……吗？
2. 情态动词没有人称、数的变化， 后跟动词原形。变否定直接在其后加not, 变问句将其提前，我们学过的情态动词有can could will would must may should shall
3. take out “拿出，取出”，宾语为名词时，可置两词之间或之后，宾语为代词时，只能将代词置于两词之间，take it / them out.
eg. 请拿出你的书。please take out your books.
玩具在盒子里，你可以取出来。
the toy is in the box. you can take it out.
take …out of… 从……取出……
eg. 我从书包里取出了我的书。i took my book out of my bag.
短语：bring out 取出 take back 收回，取消。
4. work on 意为“从事，使用，忙于，着手开始做”，后跟名词、代词、动名词。
eg. 我很快要用我的电脑。i’m going to work on my computer soon.
他在写一本新书。he’s working on a new book.
work out 算出，想出，制定出。
5. use “用，使用”
use sth. to do sth. 用某物来做某事。
eg. 我们能用小刀割东西。we can use a knife to cut things.
6. need (v.) 需要
need sth. 需要某物
need (sb.) to do sth. 需要（某人）做某事
7. must 和h**e to 的用法区别。
1) must “必须”，情态动词，表示说话者自己认为必须去做，强调主观态度。否定形式为mustn’t（表示禁止，意为“不能、不许”）。
h**e to “必须，不得不”，表示客观的，因外在原因而不得不做某事，有人称、时态和数的变化。
eg. we must go there on time.
the train was late. we had to wait for another two hours.
it’s dark. we must go home now.
2) 由must引起的疑问句，肯定回答用must, 否定回答用needn’t / don’t h**e to

---yes, you must.
