1. pig out
狼吞虎咽、大吃特吃。
好吧，为了生动地形容这一酣畅淋漓的吃相(h**e a lot of food at one time)，中英文都用到了动物。不同的是，中文选择“虎狼”，英语则用pig out。如果想说明让人大快朵颐的是什么，你还可以在这个短语后面加上“on”。
例：i pigged out at the picnic.我在野餐会上大吃特吃。
the boys pigged out on pizza.男孩们狼吞虎咽地吃了匹萨。
2. grab a bite
随便吃几口垫垫肚子。
匆忙的生活让我们对这个状态再熟悉不过了。用grab a bite就能表达出那种忙乱中的无奈。grab是“抓住”、“抢夺”的意思，生动的形容了吃货们与时间赛跑的紧迫感。

3. chew on sth细嚼慢咽。
其实对chew这个词，你一定不陌生，chewinggum就是口香糖。细嚼慢咽不仅优雅，也有利于健康哦。

4. full/stuffed吃饱了。
不管怎么吃，都是为了让我们味蕾绽放、肚子舒坦。“吃饱了”用英语说就是“i’m full.”也可以用stuffed这个词。
