provide的用法：
1）we will be there before 10， provided we don't waste time.
如果我们不浪费时间，我们就能在10点之前到那儿。）
2）we will go provided that the weather is fine.（假如天晴，我们就去。）
3）provided that no objection is raised， we will set back the program.（如果没人反对，我们就把这个项目。
推迟。）provided不是过去分词，而是连词，作“假如，只要”解，在口语中常用providing. provided that与if的不。
同在于：provided that所表示的“如果”，含有希望该条件实现的含义。
although和though的用法：
although和though同义，在一般情况下，可以互换使用。只是though较普遍，常用于非正式的口语或书面语中，而although则较为正式。另外although语气比though重，常用以强调让步概念。
even能和though组合表示强调，但even不能和although组合。因此，不能说even although,在这里even though=even if(no matter if; though即使……也……)
当让步状语从句指某种假设情况时，通常用though,而不用although。
though可以独立用作副词，常放在句末，意为all the same (还是；仍然)或however(可是；然而)，而although无此用法。
