《it职业英语i级》口试内容及评分标准。

一、操作形式：
1．口试内容以对话为主，同时对两位考生进行打分；考生抽签选定题目并给予5分钟准备时间，实际口试不超过5分钟；
2．口试中，评分老师原则上不参与对话，仅做必要的提示或引导，考生可根据自己的实际情况要求教师适当放慢语速或重复（教师最多重复一遍）。
二、评分标准：
1．口试教师将从以下三个方面为考生打分：
a. 语音语调；b. 语流语感；c. 交际应变。
2．学生的期末综合成绩＝÷2
3．具体评分标准分为四个等级：

1．口试内容涵盖本学期所学单元，任课老师随堂考查，具体时间安排在14－15周期间。
2．口试的每一个题签上都由必须完成的a、b两个对话组成，分别侧重“通用英语”和“技术英语”两个方面，具体内容如下：
conversation one
a. greet and make a self-introduction to your partner and then introduce him/her to the teacher (less than 2 minutes)
b. because your lan adapter is not working, you ask for help by phone; your partner may forward the call to the technical support staff.( less than 3 minutes)
conversation two
a. offer and ask for help by lending or borrowing computer/cds/books etc. (less than 2 minutes)
b. your partner has no idea on how to access the internet; you tell him/her how to do it. (less than 3 minutes)
conversation three
a. accept or decline an invitation. what are you going to do in your spare time, watching tv/playing football/ seeing an opera/ visiting a museum?
try to invite your partner or try to refuse your partner. (less than 2 minutes)
b. tell your partner how to install windows xp on his/her computer. (less than 3 minutes)
conversation four
a. you don’t know how to activate windows system, call your partner for help. (less than 2 minutes)
b. you tell your partner how to set up a firewall. (less than 3 minutes)
conversation five
a. your customer complains about the stuff produced by your company, such as mouse/keyboard/cpu/monitor/memory/hard disk, etc. you make a apology to him/her.
(less than 2 minutes)
b. your customer doesn’t know how to create an adsl connection on his/her windows xp. tell him/her about it step by step.
