1.过去进行时。
表示在过去某一时刻或某一时刻内正在进行或发生的动作。动作发生的特指时间常用一个短语或时间状语从句来表明，如：at 7:
00 yesterday, at this time, last night,when或while引导的时间状语从句。
eg: my family were watching tv at this time yesterday.
when he called me, i was h**ing dinner.以when引导的时间状语从句中，从句动作用一般过去式，主句用过去进行时，表示一个动作发生时，另一个动作正在进行。它引导的从句的谓语动词可以是延续性动词，也可以是非延续性动词。
