我们的准备团队成立一个乡村连锁超市，公司的名字是“购乐美”连锁**公司，我是公司的市场部经理jared,下面我代表公司谈一下市场发展计划。
我们的初步目标群体是乡村居民，比如以唐河县为例，唐河县下辖12个镇、7个乡、2个街道；将唐河县作为配送中心，各个乡镇及大的村庄设立服务点。
谈到如何获得顾客，如何留住老顾客，我们设计以下营销模式：
1.,每建立一个服务点，举办开业庆典；每逢节日及周年日举办**活动；平时以某种季节商品做限时抢购活动；
2 通过会员制，留住老顾客；发放**宣传手册；
3创办自己的购物**，可以以最近的距离将顾客购买的商品送货到家。
至于公司规模扩大后的市场发展规划，那等以后再说。
