新材料手工艺品。目前，国际上传统的金银、仿金银制成饰品的销售在逐步下降，与此形成鲜明对比的是，数年以前兴起的崇尚然风格、追求个性的自制饰品--即根据自己的创意将各种材质的饰珠，用皮、布、金属等线材串出的品，正在各国的女性中大行其道。
当然，在竞争日益激烈的现代社会中，创业是件相当困难的事。我们认为，在实行我们的创业计划之前，我们首先要了解竞争对手，吸取别人的经验教训，制订相应竞争的策略。我相信只要我们的小店有自己独到的风格，**优惠，服务热情周到，就一定能取得大多女孩的信任和喜爱。
据上述部分的分析可见，我校学生就达4000多人。附近还有两所学校，和一些居民楼。随着生活水平的逐渐提高，家长给孩子的零用钱也越来越多，人们对美的要求也越来越高，特别是大学生。
他们总希望自己的无论是衣服还是首饰都希望与众不同，能穿出自己的个性。但在我们美丽的校园里缺少自己的个性和琳琅满目的饰品，所以我们的小饰品店存在的竞争力主要是南桥或是市区的。这给我们小组的创业项目提供了一个很好的市场机会。
