1. what 什么样的人（或事物）
疑问代词，放在句首用来提问，构成的疑问句叫特殊疑问句，不能用yes / no来回答。what is = what’s
what is your name?
2. it 它。
1) it在what’s this? 的回答中代替this；it还可代替上文提到的事物。

---it’s a map.

2) it还可用来表示时间和天气；it’s = it is
it’s sunday today.
it’s fine.
3. is 是。
1) is是be动词的一种形式，在第三人称单数（he, she, it）后表“是”
2) be动词有三种形式：am, is, are
i am = i’m you are = you’re he is = he’s she is = she’s it is = it’s
we are = we’re you are = you’re they are = they’re
例 i’m sure he __able to finish this job.

1) 橘子，橙子。
this is an orange.
2) 橙色的。

2) in + 语言，表手段、表达方式等；“用……语言”

3) 与服装、鞋帽等词搭配，表示“穿、戴”

6. p, nba, kg
1) p：全称parking；路标p表示停车区。
nba：全称national basketball association；（美国）全国篮球协会。
kg：全称kilogram；千克。
2）表示路标、组织、计量单位的其他缩写。
cm厘米 m米 dm分米 mm毫米 km千米。
7. 语法点：不定冠词a / an的用法。
以辅音开头的名词前用a（如：a map）；以元音开头的名词前用an（如：an orange）
1) 表示数量“一”

2) 笼统地指某人或某物，但不具体说明。

3) 泛指一类事物，用以区别其他类。

4) 表示首次提到的人或物（常用于介绍用语中）

5) 用语表示时间、速度、**的名词前，表“每一”；=every
