八、名词练习。
1可数名词与不可数名词。
1）可数名词的单数 a + 以___音素开头的名词（ a desk / book / bike / plane …）
an音素开头的名词 (an egg / apple / hour / orange / umbrella …)
2) 可数名词变复数： 名词+s （最大的类别）;以s \ x \ ch \ sh 结尾的名词+es ;辅音字母+y 的，把y改成i ,再加es ; 以f 或者fe 结尾，去掉f或者fe, 再加ves .
3) 目前可以修饰名词复数的词和短语：some / any / many / a lot of / lots of / two …以上的数次。
4）经常使用复数的名词：shoes , socks , glasses (眼镜) ,pants , trousers , shorts 等；
5）暗示使用复数的词和短语：these , those , they , are
6) 习惯上使用复数形式：i like apples / pears / eggs / movies …
也可以这样表示：i like an apple / egg / a pear / a movie .
7) 下列词可以修饰不可数名词：some / any / much / a little / a lot of / lots of / a piece of
/ a bag of / a glass of / a cup of …
8) 下列词汇习惯上属于不可数名词：time / money / bread / water / tea / coffee / meat / chicken / broccoli / fish
2名词所有格的形式及意思：1 )mike’s father , mary’s brother ; 2) tom and john’s father ; 3) tom’s and jack’s fathers ; 4 ) a friend of mine , a friend of my brother’s ; 5 ) the name of the school , the color of the clothes ; 6 ) the students’ desks .
