英语中的强调句型是高考的常考点，也是易错点，很多同学不知道如何去把握。现就这个问题，通过讲解实例以及配套练习，对强调句型进行总结，希望同学们能够熟练掌握及运用。
it强调句型的基本结构为“it is/was＋被强调部分＋that/who＋句子的其他部分”。被强调部分可以是主语、宾语或状语等，但不能是定语或谓语。当被强调部分指人时，可用that，也可用who；指物时，只能用that。
无论被强调的部分是人还是物，是单数还是复数，be动词一律用单数is/was形式。it强调句的特征是：如果我们把“it is/was...
that”从句中去掉，所剩的正好是一个完整的句子。
一、强调主语、宾语、状语。
it was john who/that helped me solve the problem. （强调主语）
it was him that/ who we met at the school gate.（强调宾语）
it was two years ago that he went abroad for further education. （强调时间状语）
it was on the farm that she got familiar with all kinds of animals. （强调地点状语）
it was because he was ill that he didn’t come to school. （强调原因状语）
注意：强调时间、地点、原因或方式状语时，要用that，不能用when，where，why或how。
二、强调含有定语从句的主语、宾语、状语。
