英语语法》形成性考核册说明。
英语语法》形成性考核由三个部分组成,分值100分。各部分的内容、分值及要求如下:
第一部分:学习笔记。
填写学习笔记旨在引导学生对所学内容进行思考,检测对所学内容的掌握情况。学生根据所学内容用英语或汉语简要回答问题。学习笔记共计30分,每次学习笔记计10分。
教师根据学生回答问题情况进行打分,并将分数直接写在学习笔记的“得分”处。学生根据教学进度共需提交三次学习笔记。
第二部分:记分作业。
记分作业旨在检测学生对所学的语法内容的掌握情况。学生根据教学进度共需提交四次计分作业。记分作业共计55分,头三次记分作业每次计10分,最后一次综合练习计25分。
教师根据学生完成作业情况进行打分,并将分数直接写在记分作业的“得分”处。学生在完成记分作业时,应坚持诚实原则,独立完成,严禁抄袭。一旦发现抄袭现象,该作业计零分。
第三部分:学习表现分。
学习表现分由辅导老师填写。教师对学生在课程学习期间的全面表现做出评价,包括学生完成学习笔记及记分作业情况、参加面授课及其它相关学习活动情况。学生学习表现分共计15分。
教师在学习表现表上打分。
形成性考核成绩记录。
形考总成绩教师签名。
