零的表达法。
在英语中，"零"有许多不同的表达法，在不同的场合有不同的表达法，有时在同一种情况下表达法也不同。因此，英语学习者一定要特别注意，否则很容易用错。现归纳如下：
一、在年份中，0可读作o或者and，还有其它读法。例如：1908读作nineteen o eight或nineteen hundred and eight1900读作nineteen double o或nineteen hundred2000读作two thousand
二、房间编号、**号码等编码中的0读作o。例如：room 103读作room（number）one o three
**号码508－6105307读作telephone number five o eight six one ofive three o seven（在five o eight后稍作停顿）
邮政编码276001读作postcode（或zip code）two seven six o o one或two seven six double o one三、在数学中的表达。
0在数学中可用zero，nought，naught表示。nought多用于英国，naught多用于美国。读数字时，0可以不读，而用and代替；若把数字一个一个读出时，0可读作o。
例如：1．数字的读法。
1205读作one thousand two hundred and five
小数点后的数字要一个一个地读出来，0读作naught或o。例如：0.
06读作（naught）point naught six（美式英语用zero代替naught）2．单个的0读作nought，naught，zero。例如：100是一个1和两个0写成的。
